The controversy over the nuclear power plant in North Korea that has shaken the whole country is whether the Moon Jae-in administration secretly tried to build a nuclear power plant in North Korea.
As a matter of fact, I reviewed 17 aspects of North Korean nuclear power-related files that were deleted by a government official of the Ministry of Industry.
This is FactW and Jungkyu Kang.

The so-called’Pohjois’ folder in Finnish language that is unfamiliar to us, meaning north.
#All 17 files were divided into 5 subfolders.
The key point is a six-page report titled’Promotion of Nuclear Power Plant Construction in North Korea’.
There are two types: v1.1, which appears to have been written on May 14, 2018, and v1.2 with the date a day later.
It has also been argued that the v in the file name is an abbreviation for Vip, which refers to the president, but an official from the Ministry of Industry explained that it is an abbreviation for the English version, meaning a revised version.
It is assessed that it is difficult to regard the plan as a top secret initiative, as it presupposes the denuclearization of North Korea, the participation of neighboring countries including the United States, and national agreement.

The second subfolder is named after the Korean Peninsula Energy Development Organization, KEDO.
There are 4 PDF files in all, but 4 in a folder with a similar name appear to be duplicate files.
It is estimated to be a 517-page white paper published by the Light Water Reactor Project Support Planning Group in 2007.
These are public resources that can be purchased commercially or borrowed from the library.
The same goes for the two documents in the Resources folder.
These are 2009 and 2016 papers that you can download the original text directly by searching the internet for the file name.

The remaining five files are simple practical data, such as a list of experts and resumes related to nuclear power plant projects in North Korea.
In the end, there seems to be a big aspect of amplifying the suspicion by erasing data related to the North Korean nuclear power plant, which was far from the economic evaluation of Wolsong Unit 1, which was subject to audit by the Ministry of Industry officials handed over to trial.
