A 140,000 ton container ship is entering the Busan New Port.

As the ship reaches the pier, a maritime police officer in a quarantine suit climbs.

The search on board begins immediately.

At the end of the ship, black bags come out of the machine room with the helm.

Cocaine was packaged in 1kg increments.

On the ship, 35 kg of cocaine in layers was found. In terms of market price, it is over 100 billion won. This is an amount that can be administered by 1 million people at the same time.

The ship in question is a container ship shipping in Liberia, Africa.

It is a liner that travels between Korea and China through the United States, Colombia and Panama.

There were 24 sailors in total.

As foreigners from Greece, Russia and Ukraine, it is not known whether they participated in drug transport.

However, the coast guard believes that Colombian drug gangs were involved when they saw the scorpion pattern on the cocaine package.

The ship has left Korea because the crew cannot be detained or banned from departing as the conspiracy status is unknown.

The Coast Guard is planning to work with Interpol to secure recruits when the suspicion of crews bringing in cocaine is revealed.

In addition, we are also investigating whether it is brought into Korea.
