[전국]A young unconscious for over a year… arrested a nurse for abusing newborns

After only five days of birth, the perpetrator of the’Busan Ayoungi Case’, where the skull was fractured, was finally arrested and handed over to trial one year and two months after the incident.

Ayoung, now two years old, has not recovered consciousness until now, but there have been no apologies from the nurse and the hospital.

The nurse who lifted the newborn baby throws it down.

She is a nurse who lost consciousness after a skull fracture, a newborn baby boy, only five days old, born in a hospital in Busan last October.

Nurse A, accused of child abuse and malpractice in work, was put on trial under arrest.

It has been a year and two months since the incident.

The prosecution said it was clearly clarified that Ayoung’s permanent brain damage was caused by the actions of nurse A, and said Mr. A routinely abused 14 newborns.

Mr. A avoided arrest on the grounds that he had no fear of escape during the police investigation stage, but was finally arrested on the 1st after a reinforced investigation by the prosecution.

The prosecution has also prosecuted hospital directors and nursing assistants without custody on charges of Child Welfare Act and child abuse.

Until now, the nurse and the hospital director have not apologized to her family, and have not attended the recent damages lawsuit.

Ayoung, who has severely injured most of the brain tissue, has never regained consciousness and is sleeping on a ventilator.
