Singer and actor Lee Seung-gi, who has filed a lawsuit with his agency, has filed a lawsuit against former and current executives, including CEO Kwon Jin-young, for misappropriation of advertising expenses and fraud. Lee Seung-gi filed a criminal complaint after he found that the company had defrauded the company of advertising model fees and agency fees in addition to the unpaid severance amount. Lee Dong-hoon, a legal representative, said: “I asked for a bank statement, but if I apologized earlier, I thought I’d try to resolve it amicably. However, I heard that the settlement was being paid by Hook on behalf of the position, and proceeded with a criminal complaint accordingly.

However, there is a difference in the settlement money between Hook Entertainment and Lee Seung-gi, and Lee Seung-gi claims that he paid 5 billion won, and the hook side paid 4.1 billion won. The legal representative said, “It is true that the amount of 5 billion won that Lee Seung-gi disclosed has been deposited. Hook is disclosing only 4.1 billion won, but that’s 5 billion won, including the difference from the scam of part of the advertising model fee.

When Lee Seung-gi took an advertisement, an agency fee of 10% was charged, but the fee was changed. It turned out that Lee Seung-gi’s side cheated on the changed commission without Lee Seung-gi’s knowledge, and Lee Seung-gi’s side is aware that he has been stealing agency commissions since 2010. Lee Seung’s side -gi showed a firm stance, saying, “There will be criminal charges in the future.” Hook, on the other hand, finds himself in a situation where he forcefully refutes defrauding, saying, “We’re preparing a lawsuit to return unfair profits.”
