A man in a hat and mask enters the police station.

A resident in his 30s, who severely injured by hitting a security guard in an apartment complex, appeared in the police for the first time.

It’s been a week since the incident.

The police asked Mr. A how he assaulted the security guard and why.

In the first place, the police charged Mr. A for simple assault, but in consideration of the fact that the victim was severely injured in the nose and even underwent surgery, they added injuries, property damage, and business obstruction charges.

The police banned the departure from the country on the 15th, considering the possibility that A, a Chinese national, might escape overseas, and plans to apply for an arrest warrant soon.

Internal inspection of the police officer who was dispatched to the scene on the day of the incident has also begun.

The hearing and audit office of the Gimpo Police Station is investigating whether the initial action was appropriate and the reason for bringing Mr. A to the hotel without being arrested immediately.
