The interrogation date for the suspension of execution that Yoon filed a lawsuit against the disciplinary action was set for next Tuesday.

However, at the time, the suspension of duties was a discretionary disposition of the Minister, but this time, there is a difference in disciplinary action carried out by the President after a disciplinary committee resolution.

Because of this, President Yoon’s side has made a blank command of the president, including fears of overcoming the nuclear power plant investigation team, but the Ministry of Justice is emphasizing that it is the disposition of the president, the person in charge of personnel.

In preparation for a court hearing scheduled on the 22nd, both sides will focus on reinforcing the logic and obtaining additional evidence.

If the court raises Mr. Yun’s hand again, not only will he return to work immediately, but it is expected that there will be a considerable aftermath amid the headwind of unreasonable disciplinary action.

On the contrary, if President Yoon’s application is not accepted, there is a possibility that the return of President Yoon itself may become unclear due to changes in the topography of the investigative agency, such as the launch of the air defense agency along with the long-term command void.
