[사회]Company dormitory and solidarity law school confirmed one after another…lawyer exam’emergency’

Two days before the bar exam, confirmed cases were caught one after another in school buildings used as bar exam test sites such as Chung-Ang University and Yonsei University.

The Ministry of Justice is in a position to strengthen quarantine and proceed with the exam as scheduled, but the candidates demanded that the exam be postponed and even filed a constitutional petition and an application for temporary injunction.

The dormitory of Chung-Ang University is closed all over the entrance except for the main entrance.

There was also a notice stating that no entry was allowed except for students.

When two confirmed patients came out of the new dormitory one day, the quarantine was strengthened.

In addition, one law school student and two medical school graduate students are also infected.

The reason for the emergency is that some candidates are waiting to enter the dormitory for the five-day bar exam from the 5th.

The school said it had assigned the candidates who were scheduled to enter into different dormitories, but the students’ anxiety remains.

At Yonsei University and Ewha Womans University, a confirmed person came out in the building where the bar exam will be held.

The quarantine authorities have completed building quarantine and are investigating contacts.

As the test was on the verge of being contagious, fears of infection grew, but the Ministry of Justice said it would proceed with the test as scheduled.

Law graduates can only take the exam five times in five years.

Although the confirmed person cannot take the test, the policy is to set up a separate preliminary test room for those who have symptoms or are self-isolated.

In response, some candidates urged the exam to be postponed.

He said that the test with poor quarantine measures is unconstitutional, and he is in the position to file an additional lawsuit after filing a constitutional petition and an application for temporary injunction to suspend the effect.

Amid strong backlash over the exam schedule, 3,500 candidates nationwide will take the bar exam this year.
