The Ministry of Justice will hold a Prosecutors’ Personnel Committee at 10 am tomorrow at the Government Complex Gwacheon.
It is a meeting to discuss promotion of the prosecutor’s office to the senior prosecutor’s rank and telegram personnel.
As the Ministry of Justice focuses on’organizational stability’, it is highly likely to be’small’ like the previous senior executives.
The key question is whether the executives of the important investigation team will remain in office as Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol’s will.
Investigating the Wolseong nuclear power plant case, Lee Sang-hyun, Daejeon District Prosecutor’s Office, 5th Criminal Chief, and Kim Hak-eui, former Vice Minister of Justice, Suwon District Prosecutor’s Office, 3rd Chief of Criminals, are of interest.
We are also interested in the replacement of the 1st Detective Chief Byun Pil-gun, who has been in conflict with Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office Lee Seong-yoon over the handling of the prosecutor’s office Han Dong-hoon.
Earlier, in high-ranking prosecutors’ personnel, the Ministry of Justice and the Supreme Swordsman clashed strongly, followed by a controversy about’passing’, chief civil servant Shin Hyun-soo.
