Currently, 1-2cm of snow is falling in the southeastern area of ​​Seoul, Incheon, southern Gyeonggi, and Chungnam.

Heavy snow warnings are currently being issued in these areas.

Other central regions, western Gyeongsang and Jeolla Province are also snowing at 10:00 p.m.

The amount of snowfall by region as of 11:00 pm is 2.3cm in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, and 1.7cm in Yongin and Osan.

About 1.5cm snow piled up in Seocho, Seoul, Seongnam, and Pyeongtaek in Gyeonggi-do.

The area with the most snow so far is Chungnam.

Boryeong 6.2cm, Cheongyang 2.4cm, and Taean also piled up 2.3cm.

The Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasure Headquarters mobilizes about 3,000 manpower and 1,800 equipment nationwide to perform snow removal.

The Meteorological Administration predicted that even areas with snow now may show a brief lull overnight.
