Police are chasing men who carelessly stopped a motorcycle on the road and demanded a so-called “quick delivery no questions asked”.
The men’s shopping bags contained none other than methamphetamine, a hitherto unknown new method of transporting the drug.

It is an alley in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul on the 11th day.
A man gestures to a motorcycle that is about to head for the roadside.
Another man approaches the stationary bike.
After a brief chat with the biker, he opens the car door and takes something out.
They captured Rider A who was about to deliver the food and demanded a “fast delivery”.
The men handed a shopping bag wrapped in duct tape to a motorcyclist who was waiting at a traffic light.
[A 씨 / 오토바이 운전자 : 건장한 남성이 저한테 오더니 혹시 아저씨 퀵도 하시냐고 물어보더라고요. 물건을 주는데 너무 허술해 보였어요.]
Mr. A asked for a 30,000 won delivery fee and the men told to go to the express bus terminal and send their shopping bags to Gyeongju, north of Gyeongsang.
It was at this point that I started having strange thoughts.
[A 씨 / 오토바이 운전자 : 경주행 버스에다 이 물건을 싣고 송장을 문자로 보내달라고 하더라고요. 이걸 과연 3만 원 주고 빠르게 퀵으로 보낼 만 한 일인가? 그때부터 이상했어요.]
Finally, after arriving at the terminal, Mr. A opened his shopping bag and was surprised to find that there was some white powder.
[A 씨 / 오토바이 운전자 : 박스 테이핑도 허술해서 뜯어보니까 여자 속눈썹이 나왔어요. 그 안쪽에 하얀색 가루가 나왔던 거죠.]
As a result of the simple reagent test, it was confirmed that the white powder was 10 g of methamphetamine.
There was the so-called ‘throwing method’ or drug delivery by courier, which hid the drug at the meeting point and found it, but this ‘quick delivery without asking’ was the first to be known.
This means that anyone on the street can unknowingly become a drug carrier.
Police are chasing the men who commissioned a detailed drug test from the National Institute of Forensic Sciences and entrusted them with express delivery.
