The film “Decision to Break Up” won three awards at the 58th Grand Bell Awards.
Yesterday at the Grand Bell Film Festival held at Konkuk University’s New Millennium Hall, ‘Decision to Break Up’ won Best Film, Best Actor and Best Screenplay.
“Life is Beautiful” also won three categories, including Best Actress and Music Awards, and “New Wave Award for Best Actor” given to a new actor.
‘Sin City 2’ also received three awards, including Best Cinematography and Editing, and the ‘People’s Award for Best Actor’ given to an actor who showed an outstanding performance for the year.
The Best Director Award went to Byun Seong-hyeon, who directed ‘Kingmaker’.
The Achievement Award given to a director who has contributed to the development of Korean cinema went to Ahn Seong-ki, a “national actor” recently known for battling cancer.
