U.S. President Biden lifted restrictions on the use of long-range missiles in Ukraine and now also allows the use of anti-personnel mines.
Russia, which fought back with the nuclear card, criticized the Biden administration for doing everything it can to drag out the war in Ukraine.
As President Biden continues to lift taboos on Ukraine at the end of his term, Russia is expected to strengthen its offensive in all directions.
