As the aftermath of the blackout continued to border Mexico, Kia Motors’ Mexico plant also temporarily suspended operations.

Winter storms have now widened to the northeast, with warnings being issued over a wide area, putting more than 100 million people in the sphere of influence.

Because of this, delivery of the vaccine is also delayed, and it is predicted that vaccination will be stopped in some regions.
