[국제]North Korea is pushing for the dispatch of employees to the territories occupied by Russia … Will it strongly oppose the opposition of the United States?

North Korea is sending employees for a reconstruction project in Donbas, in jap Ukraine, occupied by Russia.

On the other hand, as the US opposes, the dispatch of North Korean employees to the occupied territories in Russia is rising as a new challenge in the Ukrainian crisis.

Nonetheless, Russia and North Korea, which are already beneath sanctions, could pressure the dispatch of personnel.

1st of all, it is noteworthy no matter whether North Korean construction or logging workers currently in Russia will enter the Donbass.

It looks unlikely that North Korea, which however controls its borders, will straight away initiate a significant-scale dispatch.

In consultations with the pro-Russian government in the occupied place, North Korea also mentioned the time for whole-scale cooperation would be immediately after the border was opened.

Nonetheless, as Luhansk is pushing for a stop by by the supreme leader to North Korea, cooperation concerning the two sides is predicted to speed up.
