In a statement, the Harvard Student Council declared that Professor Ramsey’s dissertation was’anti-factual’ and demanded an apology from Professor Ramsey, who has compromised the integrity of law and history.

The student council asked President Lawrence Baccaw and Dean of John Manning Law School to state their position on the paper, and urged the journal’International Legal and Economic Review’ to admit that the paper was flawed.
