In Korea, experts on the AstraZeneca Corona 19 vaccine commented that it is possible to vaccinate elderly people over 65 years old.
Controversy has not subsided in the European Union and EU member states, with the number of countries excluding elderly people from vaccination.

The European Medicines Agency approved the conditional sale of the AstraZeneca Corona 19 vaccine on the 29th of last month.
At the same time, it was recommended to vaccinate all age groups over 18 years of age.

However, some EU member states of the European Union are not accepting such recommendations.
This is because less than 10% of the elderly aged 65 or older who participated in the AstraZeneca vaccine trial was insufficient.
The first choice that differed from the EU recommendations was Germany, which first sparked a controversy about the efficacy of the elderly.
German health authorities have decided to give the AstraZeneca vaccine only to people under the age of 65.

France and Sweden also joined this.
Both countries excluded 65 years of age or older from vaccinations, pointing out the lack of clinical data on elderly people.
The Italian Medicines Agency has lowered it, recommending that it be used first for adults aged 18 to 54.
However, he later revised his opinion, saying, “If you are 55 years of age or older, it is useful to get the AstraZeneca vaccine,” he said.
As the controversy surrounding the vaccination of the elderly with the AstraZeneca vaccine has not subsided, many countries in Europe are struggling to determine the vaccination age range.
