[경제]”Nine out of 10 companies plan to tighten management or maintain status for next year”

It was found that 9 out of 10 companies set the direction of their management plan for next year as tightening management or maintaining the status quo.

As a result of a survey conducted by the Korea Employers’ Association of 212 companies with 30 or more employees nationwide, 49.2% and 42.3% of respondents said that the next year’s management plan would be’constrained management’ or’maintain the status quo’, respectively.

Only 8.5% of the respondents said they would do’expanded management’.

It was surveyed that companies that chose’strict management’ prioritize reducing new investments and rationalizing manpower management in order to cope with increasing internal and external uncertainty.

The most frequent point of time when business conditions recover to before the Corona 19 crisis is’after 2023′.
