Hwarang Lee, CEO of Bustree Partners.
“We will become a partner that maximizes the performance of hospitals and clinics by supporting digital transformation (DX) in the aesthetic medical field.”
Hwarang Lee, CEO of Bustree Partners, announced that he will improve the stability of hospital and clinic operations by improving areas where inefficiencies have occurred due to slow digital transformation.
Boostree Partners is developing and providing solutions that support the marketing and operation of skin care clinics. Marketing, reservations, consultation, performance analysis, etc. can be carried out effectively. We also operate training programs for industry workers. We designed this business model (BM) by listening to chronic industry difficulties, such as the difficulty in measuring marketing performance, the frequent turnover of coordinators, and the resulting difficulties in training and operation.
CEO Lee explained, “Because the data in the aesthetic medical solution market is fragmented, it has been difficult to provide customized services to practitioners. Boostree supports hospitals’ data-based decision-making and overall marketing.”
Recently, we are developing artificial intelligence (AI) specialized for the dermatology domain. The goal is to achieve labor efficiency by automating simple tasks with AI. Hospitals and clinics can focus on areas that require people, such as procedure consultations and customer service (CS).
CEO Lee said, “AI is responsible for customer reservation consultation, calculating the time required for the procedure and confirming the reservation, sending post-treatment precautions, analyzing the performance of each response person and suggesting improvements, etc.” He added, “This results in a labor savings of more than 60%.” “He emphasized.
Boostree’s strengths are its agile organizational culture and expertise. CEO Lee has a history of being in charge of developing multiple internal solutions for SK Group companies. The co-founder has experience in opening a dermatology clinic, selling medical equipment, and marketing hospitals, and has a good understanding of hospitals and clinics in general. After listening to the hospital’s needs, the team conducts technology verification (POC) and immediately puts it into service. It has popularized the use of data analysis and customer relationship management (CRM), which were previously only available to hospital management support companies (MSOs) such as large-scale franchise hospitals.
It is good news that the beauty market is revitalizing. According to a report by Market Xcel, a global market research firm, the global medical aesthetics market is growing by 20% every year. It is expected to reach $49.58 billion (approximately 68.3 trillion won) in 2031.
The investment market is also positively evaluating the growth potential of Booster Partners. Last year, we succeeded in attracting investment from a number of physician LPs. In May of this year, Pre-A investment attraction was completed. In September, it was selected for TIPS.
Boostree is planning to expand overseas in the future. We are considering expanding our business mainly in places where there is a high demand for DX in the aesthetic medical field, such as Southeast Asia.
CEO Lee said, “We are currently discussing opening Boostree solutions in various global hospitals,” and added, “We will establish ourselves as a business partner that can improve operational efficiency even for small and medium-sized hospitals.”
