It’s rare for actors to have a job that spans multiple generations, but for Sean Connery that rings so true.
That’s why fans around the world were heartbroken when they learned of his passing on Saturday. First James Bond Star has died at the age of 90, according to the BBC. His son Jason notified them that he passed away in his sleep with his family.
Connery was a star among stars. Throughout an acting career that spanned five decades, he starred in countless classic films, including The Hunt for Red October, Highlander, Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade.
Some know him better as the original 007, as he played James Bond in several Bond movies.
Peers and fans alike took to Twitter to mourn the fallen icon.
