MISSIONS :
GENERAL SECRETARIAT: management of mail and telephone relay, monitoring of stocks, management of schedules
HUMAN RESOURCES: edition of payslips, HR referent relay (holidays, absence, etc.)
COMMUNICATION: creation of media (flyers, posters, etc.), management of social networks / website
ADMINISTRATIVE: management and follow-up of orders, follow-up of maintenance contracts and files (internship agreement, membership, etc.)
ACCOUNTING: edition of quotes/invoices, follow-up of accounts (customers/suppliers), management of disputes, relay of accounting services

– Professional Bachelor.

REMUNERATION From €683.47 up to €1,589.47 + Company Mutual
HOURS Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
