Burglar surprised
Lilienthal. A row house in the street “Am Holzkamp” was broken into on Wednesday night at around 1 am. A previously unknown man first pried open a window, then entered the house and searched it. He was surprised by the 93-year-old resident of the house and fled without stolen property. The police have now started the investigation and are looking for possible witnesses who have noticed suspicious circumstances or people. Wrong police officers recognized
Worpswede. An 81-year-old girl recognized a scam on Wednesday afternoon. The woman was called by an alleged police officer. This stated that the 81-year-old’s son was with the police. However, the elderly lady asked counter questions and the conversation was finally ended. There was no damage
Man slightly injured after a rear-end collision
Grasberg. There was an accident between a 35-year-old driver and a 56-year-old driver on Wednesday afternoon on Speckmannstrasse. The 56-year-old was waiting at a zebra crossing when the woman drove into the car. The man was slightly injured and was taken to hospital by rescue workers. Property damage occurred to the cars.
Roofing felt improperly disposed of
Healing horn. The police are looking for witnesses about improper garbage disposal. On Wednesday morning, the officers became aware that roofing felt had been disposed of in a forest near Steinkampsweg. The police have now initiated an administrative offense procedure and arranged for the roofing felt to be disposed of. Witnesses wanted to escape the accident
Osterholz-Scharmbeck. There was an accident escape on Wednesday between 10:45 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. in Bahnhofstrasse. The injured person parked his gray car on the right-hand side of the lane as seen from the roundabout. When he returned to this, he found that the car’s wing mirror was damaged.
