On Tuesday morning around 8 a.m. there was a traffic accident at the intersection of Oppauer Straße / Prager Straße / Bannwasserstraße. An 18-year-old driver was driving his car on Prager Strasse and wanted to turn left into Oppauer Strasse. A 19-year-old car driver was driving on Bannwasserstraße and wanted to continue straight. Both cars collided at the intersection. The 19-year-old was slightly injured in the accident and was taken to a hospital by the emergency services. In addition, there was damage of around 8,000 euros. The intersection had to be temporarily closed for the accident recording and the subsequent evacuation.
The police are looking for witnesses who observed the accident.
