Today, on May 7th, 2020, around 12:00 p.m., a 45-year-old put a perfume bottle in her jacket pocket worth over 100 euros in a drugstore on Rathausplatz. Then she went past the checkout area and left the drugstore. At the exit she was approached by the shop detective. When she tried to push him aside and escape, a scramble broke out between them and they both fell to the ground. Then the 73-year-old father of the shoplifter came to her aid and beat the shop detective. The 45-year-old escaped in the meantime, but could be held by a passerby. Then the 73-year-old and the 45-year-old were brought to his office by the shop detective. The alarmed police officers took father and daughter to the office. After the police measures were carried out, they were released.
