The driver of a VW Golf was checked on March 21, 2021 at 11.55 a.m. on the A650, Ludwigshafen district, by officers from the Ruchheim police station. Technical changes to the rear lights were found on the 24-year-old’s car. Since these changes had not been checked and approved by a technical expert, the operating license had expired. Administrative offense proceedings were initiated against the 24-year-old.
