Osnabrück Osnabrück (ots)
The police are looking for witnesses to an incident that already occurred on Sunday, July 19, 2020, in the street Die Eversburg. At around 4:35 p.m., there was a physical altercation at the Römerbrücke, in which the passenger of a black Hyundai i30 was injured by an unknown duo. The incident occurred when three cyclists were driving on the Süberweg in the direction of Die Eversburg and allegedly deliberately did not allow the Hyundai to be overtaken. At this point in time and when the trio was overtaken later, there should have been ugly words between those involved. The occupants of the car then parked the car directly behind the Roman Bridge to confront the cyclists. There was another argument, with the passenger car being bitten in the arm by a cyclist and kicked in the knee by a cyclist. Then the two perpetrators drove with their companion in the direction of Atterstrasse. The two perpetrators were in their mid-60s and wore a dark blue (the man) and a red / light red (the woman) striped sports shirt. Witnesses to the incident are asked to report to the Osnabrück police at 0541 / 327-2215.
