1. Who saw the accident escape in Tulpenhofstrasse? – Offenbach
(fg) The police estimate the damage caused by an unknown driver in the Tulpenhofstrasse late Tuesday evening at around 16,500 euros. Between 11:00 p.m. and 11:45 p.m., the stranger damaged a Hyundai and a Citroen, which were parked in the area of the 30s house numbers. Then he just drove away. The accident escape group has taken over the investigation and asks witnesses to register at 06183 91155-0.
2. Searching for evidence of theft from a car – Neu-Isenburg
(mf) On Wednesday afternoon one of three unknowns smashed the right front window of a parked Hyundai; this was in a parking lot in the forest near Frankfurter Strasse. The handbag of the owner of the white compact car was on the passenger side. The perpetrators stole them and fled. It is said to be three male people between 15 and 17 years with dark hair. They wore dark clothes and were on bicycles. Witnesses to the theft should contact the criminal police on 069 8098-1234.
3. Burglars flee without prey – Obertshausen / Hausen
(mf) A previously unknown man tried to pry open the sliding patio door of a single-family house on Dr.-Bruder-Straße on Monday morning. At around 10 a.m. the perpetrator was surprised and approached by the owner’s wife. He then informed her that he would be looking for a friend. Then he fled in an unknown direction. It is said to be a man about 1.70 meters tall and about 20 years old. He had short black hair and is said to have spoken with a clear Eastern European accent. He also wore a black checked long sleeve shirt with white lines. Witnesses should report to the criminal police on 069 8098-1234.
4. Three motorists face driving ban – Rödermark / Ober-Roden
(aa) A 27-year-old driver who was driving on the main road late Wednesday now faces a driving ban. He was “lasered” with his vehicle instead of the allowed 30 km / h at 67 km / h. Police officers at the Dietzenbach, Heusenstamm and Langen stations had carried out a speed check on the main street in Waldacker in the direction of Dietzenbach between Wednesday, 10.45 p.m. and Thursday, 0.45 a.m. to protect against noise. 20 drivers were too fast; the majority got away with a warning. However, three drivers have to face a driving ban. The officers checked 25 vehicles and 30 people.
5. Caught burglar fled – Langen

1. Drugs seized – Two men in custody – Hanau
(mm) The Hanau Criminal Police, with the support of the riot police, searched seven apartments in Hanau on Tuesday, finding and securing 2.6 kilograms of hashish, 3.5 kilograms of marijuana, 65 grams of cocaine and a four-figure sum of money. Two men aged 19 and 27 were arrested. The Hanau public prosecutor’s office applied for an arrest warrant because of the risk of repetition. After the judicial demonstration, the two suspects were brought to prisons. The investigation into four other men and a woman, who was also searched, continues. Investigators from the drug commissioner had been targeting the suspects since March of this year. The police officers had often noticed them in the Brothers Grimm City because of the possession and trading of drugs. On Tuesday, the apartments of the suspects were finally searched on judicial decision.
