1. Off the road – Gem. Wächtersbach
With fractures in both legs, a 20-year-old from Wächtersbach had to be admitted to a clinic on Friday evening after she had an accident with her Opel Corsa. At around 10:00 p.m., the young woman was driving her car on Landstrasse 3201 from Neuwirtheim in the direction of Wächtersbach, when she turned right off the lane in a curve area for reasons that have not yet been clarified. After a first impact with a crash barrier and the loss of control over the vehicle, she came off the road again through a free section between two crash barriers, hit a tree and subsequently slid about 30 meters down a slope. The injured woman had to be rescued from the vehicle by the fire department. The Opel Corsa was brought back onto the road by crane. The total loss is estimated at 10,000 euros.
