1. Red light ignored – Seligenstadt

The obvious disregard of a red traffic light at the intersection of Einhardstrasse / Bahnhofstrasse in Seligenstadt led to a traffic accident on Friday morning at around 09:55. A 43-year-old Mercedes driver from Seligenstadt drove into the crossing area despite the stopping order and collided with a 56-year-old BMW driver from Klein-Welzheim. A total of 10,000 euros in damage was posted on both vehicles, and those involved in the accident were uninjured.

1. Broken bridge railing – Langenselbold

A total loss of a BMW and about 15 meters of damaged / destroyed bridge railing are the result of an obvious escape from a traffic accident that occurred on Friday evening, around 10:15 p.m., on the bridge on Rote Hohl in Langenselbold. According to the accident, 25-year-old from Freigericht, he had to avoid a car on his way to avoid a collision. He came off the road, broke through the railing of the bridge and fell about 4 meters into the stream there. The BMW driver was uninjured, the oncoming driver continued his journey abruptly.
