An unknown truck driver damaged a fence and post on the parking lot of a discounter on Klosterstrasse between Thursday, 12 noon and Friday (April 23, 2021), 12 noon. The stranger probably damaged the fence of an adjacent kindergarten and a post as well as a tree while driving backwards. The fence is in the area of the discounter’s loading ramp, after which the driver left the scene of the accident without permission. The Emmerich police will receive witness information on 02822 7830. (as)
