A 64-year-old was the victim of a robbery on Tuesday morning, July 20, in his semi-detached house on Am Hammschen.
At around 9.35 a.m., an unknown man rang the doorbell and, after it was opened, entered the house under a pretext. Here he asked for cash to be handed over while holding a kitchen knife and wanted to tie the house owner with cable ties. The 64-year-old was able to defend himself against this.
After a physical altercation, the injured party managed to lock himself in a room. The perpetrator then fled the house in an unknown direction with a gold-colored Huawei smartphone as prey.
The 64-year-old was injured in the act and was taken to a hospital by ambulance, where he was admitted to the hospital. The criminal police have started the investigation and are now hoping for witnesses who can give information about the stranger on 02381 916-0 or [email protected].
He is around 40 years old, presumably of German origin, 1.80 to 1.85 meters tall, has a slim to normal stature, light, short hair, wore a medical surgical mask and a light gray club cap. He was dressed in blue jeans, a light-colored top, and a black leather jacket. During the execution of the crime, he wore sunglasses with round, green-colored glasses. (hey)
