On Tuesday (July 6th, 2021) there was a homicide in Breckerfeld in which a 57-year-old workshop owner in Egenstrasse was injured by knife stabs and cuts, to which he succumbed a little later.
As already announced in the joint press conference of the Hagen public prosecutor and the Hagen police on July 14th, 2021, police investigations have revealed an urgent suspicion against the 20-year-old Ruslan Bolatovic Kromm. This is currently being searched for by an arrest warrant from the Hagen District Court. Despite intensive police investigations and the receipt of numerous reports, the urgent suspect has not yet been arrested.
The public prosecutor in Hagen is now offering a reward of 5,000 euros for clues that lead to the arrest of the urgent suspect Ruslan Bolatovic Kromm.
The focus here is on the following question: Who has seen Ruslan Bolatovic Kromm and can provide information about his current whereabouts?
The reward is intended exclusively for private individuals and not for civil servants whose professional duties include the prosecution of criminal acts.
The awarding and distribution of the reward will be decided under exclusion of legal recourse in accordance with the significance of the individual information.
