On January 2nd, 2021, around 7 a.m., a fire broke out in a row house in Hausen an der Möhlin for reasons that are still unknown, possibly due to an Advent wreath in the living room.
The fire has now been extinguished by the fire brigade.
The two house residents are currently being examined in a hospital with suspected smoke inhalation.
The damage to property is around 100,000 euros.
The Bad Krozingen police station takes over the further investigations.
