– Bac +5 training in a school specializing in the environment: Business and engineering schools such as Engees, UTC, Agroparitech, Unilasalle, ENSTA.
– Personal qualities: rigor, versatility, organization, capacity for synthesis, strong communication skills, team spirit, autonomy.

Your mission

Attached to the Service Center Manager, your main mission will be to manage the organization of the operation (of an operational agency such as waste reception center or specialized in collection professions)

You guarantee the optimization of the site’s performance and the satisfaction of our community client.

More specifically, your main missions break down as follows:

Management
– Manage and lead a team of drivers and operators.
– Guarantee a driver feedback system (check tour sheets, compliance with regulations, feedback and handling of anomalies, etc.).
– Make proposals to promote the versatility of operational staff.
– Ensure adequate training of personnel.

Exploitation
– Ensure the process of making human and material resources available to the planning, and manage this planning in view of customer emergencies while respecting social times (modulation of hours, leave, use of temporary staff …).

– Guarantee the adequacy between contracts related to the material and their use (trucks, compactors, excavators, machinery.
Manage deficiencies, technical incidents and operational incidents
Ensure the validity of permits and authorizations

Commercial
– Support the commercial development of the agency.
– Participate in the drafting of technical briefs.

Maintenance
– Follow and lead the maintenance plan for the agency’s equipment park.
