On Friday, December 3rd, 21st around midnight, a 59-year-old driver was subjected to a traffic control on the L2068 during major changes. As part of this traffic control, the drug pretest was positive. The driver was forbidden to continue driving and blood was taken from him in the Südharz Hospital to preserve evidence. A complaint was made for driving under the influence of narcotics.

On Saturday, December 4th, 21st around midnight, a Nissan with a sleeping person inside was discovered in Nordhausen on Töpferstrasse as part of a patrol. The vehicle was so close to the house wall that the driver could not get out. The driver then backed up his vehicle and parked his vehicle. The 34-year-old was then subjected to a traffic control. A breath alcohol test showed a value of 0.62 per mille. A legal breath alcohol test was carried out at the office. This gave a value of 0.72 per mille. Continuation of the journey was prohibited in and a corresponding report of irregularities was made.
