A general traffic control on Saturday lunchtime for a 17-year-old on Schnepfenthaler Strasse had serious consequences. The young man was stopped on his moped by a police patrol around 12:10 p.m. The driver had put a different insurance number on his Simson in order to simulate a non-existent insurance cover. Furthermore, a drug pretest reacted positively to cannabis. Blood was subsequently drawn from the driver in a hospital. The 17-year-old was then prohibited from continuing his journey and a criminal complaint was initiated against him. (ml)
