Within a team of a dozen employees and under the responsibility of your local manager, you will market a diversified range of insurance products and services over the telephone to our member and prospective customers, while respecting the quality of the customer relationship.
Your missions: Receive calls from member customers and prospects, detect and understand their needs, provide them with relevant advice, analyze sustainable risk, offer and sell products adapted to their profiles and needs (direct sales, making appointments for agency advisers), respond to requests for quotes and emails posted on the Internet by customers and prospects. In order to support you in your integration, we provide you with a 2-month training course in our sales techniques, products and IT tools. Training which will take place partly in Niort (3 weeks).
