We are looking on behalf of our client, an internationally renowned food group, a full-time M / F milk processing technician.
You will have to ensure in strict compliance with procedures (IFS certification) the following missions:
– Reception, heat treatment, maturation and renneting of the milk to provide the production workshop with a curd in accordance with sanitary and technological standards.
– Cleaning and disinfection of installations, tools and premises.
– First level maintenance.
Occasionally, you may be required to work in other workshops in the factory.

Training Bac +2 IAA (ENIL, etc.) or equivalent, you justify a first experience of at least one year. You know milk and cheese making techniques. Beginners accepted according to profile.
The qualities required to hold this position are rigor, autonomy, initiative, team spirit, availability and communication.
Remuneration negotiable according to the level of professional experience.
