Recruitment consultancy Manpower is recruiting for its client, a family business specializing in traditional patisserie, a H/F customer service delivery driver, with good commercial fibre! The Delivery Person is at the service of customers with the aim of increasing their satisfaction. As a member of the sales team, you ensure the delivery of products to works councils, companies, communities and individuals in Gironde with loads carried out in the industrial area of Blanquefort.
You are the ambassador of the company’s commercial policy and image.
Your activities are:
the logistics
Optimize visit circuits (delivery, follow-up, etc.)
Load the vehicle according to volumetric calculations (packages, pallets, bulk)
Customer loyalty
Maintain quality of delivery (make appointments, respect timetables)
· Introducing and discussing new products, documentation, current samples?.
· Visit active customers
Be the strength of the proposal to carry out the appropriate actions for the development of turnover (relaunching inactive customers, etc.)
Approach to quality, health, safety and the environment
Guarantee the integrity of the products by respecting the rules of hygiene and handling
· Comply with and enforce current QHSE regulations in the use and maintenance of the vehicle, in relations with customers, the environment, etc.
Administrative-Accounting
Informing customers of complaints (and possibly inserting them)
· Comply with customer payment procedures (collect invoices, ensure the safeguarding of collected sums?) Ideally you come from a Bac +2 in Logistics or trained as a delivery man.
By listening to customer needs, you know how to retain them. The quality of your intervention makes you the guarantor of the company’s image.
Man or woman in the field, autonomous in your organization and in your day-to-day management, you have a sense of contact and have comparable experience.
You are dynamic and have a sense of responsibility. Open-mindedness and reliability are part of your qualities.
You must have a B driving license (utility car in a daily vehicle).
Working conditions:
?
Fixed salary €1850 gross over 12 months
Bonus on goals: 2100 Euros (700 Euros at the end of each mandate)
Participation between 1 and 2 months salary depending on the company’s results
