You are in charge of piloting the HVAC-Plumbing works. You provide a global service, from design (study, costing and sizing) to the realization of climate engineering projects. Attached to the management of the company, you strengthen our structure and ensure the dynamics of the climate engineering sector for tertiary sites in particular.
– – Participate in the development of technical-commercial offers: carry out studies and costing of customer offers.
– – Identify, develop and monitor the customer portfolio.
– – Be the privileged interlocutor of customers and partners.
– – Define the technical orientations of the projects for which you are responsible.
– – Carry out and or supervise technical studies.
– – Be the technical referent on construction sites in the HVAC-Plumbing sector.
– – Organize and plan the sites in accordance with the specifications of the sites, the.
regulations and QSE rules: define human and material resources, carry out
orders ;
– – Manage purchases and participate in negotiations with suppliers.
– – Ensure the administrative and financial follow-up of the sites, as well as the invoicing.
– – Guarantee respect for safety on construction sites.
– – Manage works teams and subcontractors: team animation and management, development of work schedules.

You have a Bac +2/5 level diploma in climatic engineering and / or you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. Your technical knowledge in HVAC is essential for this position, but your human qualities are decisive for the success of your missions.
