Over the past three years, thousands of exhibitors and buyers from all over the world have come to Shanghai to benefit from the Importexpo. With the continued expansion of exhibition space and influence, Importexpo has become a must for international companies every November.
For overseas companies looking to explore China’s technology and equipment market, Importexpo is an excellent opportunity not to be missed.
The equipment exhibition area at the Third Importexpo attracted more than 300 companies from nearly 40 countries and regions with an exhibition space of more than 70,000 square meters.
Despite the epidemic, the technology and equipment exhibition area at the third show attracted many new companies, including Cheniere Energy, one of the largest US LNG producers. The company had a 150 square meter stand where it presented its latest technologies and products.
Epson and Konica Minolta presented their products for the first time at the third Importexpo. In addition, other leading brands from the electrical industry such as General Electric, Hitachi, Siemens and Schneider presented their products at this fair.
Well-known construction machinery manufacturers such as Caterpillar, John Deere or Volvo as well as leading brands from the printing industry such as Epson, Brother and Canon were represented as exhibitors at the third edition of the fair.
The technology and equipment exhibition area at the third Importexpo was equipped with a special area dedicated to energy saving and environmental protection, where the latest products and technologies in the fields of water saving, energy saving, resource cycle and environmental protection were shown.
According to the latest information from the administration of Importexpo, a new special area for integrated circuits will be added in 2021. At the same time, a special committee for integrated circuits will be set up for the fourth edition of Importexpo, which will advise industrial development. This is in line with the aim of the fair to become even more professional.
A special committee for digital transformation had previously been set up in August 2020. This special committee aims to integrate the entire industrial chain of industrial digital transformation, to provide solutions for the digital transformation of companies and to help companies improve their production efficiency and quality.
