Galaxy Digital Holdings Ltd. (TSX: GLXY) (“Galaxy Digital” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the results of voting on the topics of its general meeting (the “Meeting”) on June 29, 2021.
All five directors of the Company named in its management information circular (the “Circular”) have been elected directors: Michael Novogratz, Bill Koutsouras, Nereida Flannery, Theagenis Iliadis and Dominic Docherty.
Further voting results of the meeting are:
- Die Aktionäre haben der Ernennung von Davidson & Company LLP zum Wirtschaftsprüfer des Unternehmens zugestimmt;
- Unbeteiligte Aktionäre haben dem langfristigen Anreizprogramm des Unternehmens (dem "LTI-Plan") gemäß dem Rundschreiben zugestimmt; und
- Die unbeteiligten Aktionäre haben gewisse Zuschüsse genehmigt, die zuvor im Rahmen des LTI-Plans gemäß dem Rundschreiben gewährt worden waren.
