The Serbian tennis player, who has just won the ATP Masters 1000 in Paris, is emerging as the great favorite to stay with the Nitto ATP Finals that will be played from November 14 to 21.
In fact, this could be the sixth time that he has lifted the trophy in this competition, which brings together the eight best tennis players in the ATP World Ranking.
Among his rivals is Daniil Medvedev, who was the only one who could stop him in his attempt to get the ‘Golden Slam’ (Winning the Australian Open, Roland Garros, Wimbledon and the US Open in the same season), when he beat him in the final of the US Open.
Beyond what Medvedev can do and without the presence of Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer, it seems that at this moment there is no other tennis player who can put the ‘bar’ on Djokovic, who will close 2021 as the best player in the World Ranking of the ATP for the seventh time in his career.
