– After a personalized integration course, you learn our trades on a team leader role: you anticipate, organize, control, a small team of itinerant maintenance technicians with a real mobilizing talent to achieve the objectives.
– Our ambition: to make you progress quickly, to support you in taking responsibility in order to become one of our future operating managers. We take you to more extensive management functions in the medium / long term. You gradually move away from the field to become the real boss of your operational unit.
