Our client, specializing in the treatment and disposal of hazardous waste in the Vienne basin, is recruiting a MANAGER OF BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT as part of its development.
Reporting to the operations manager, your main mission is to manage the overall process of organic physico-chemical treatment (PCO).
Missions :
Initially, you will be required to familiarize yourself with the site’s treatment tools such as the centrifuge, the evaporator, the air float, the membrane filtration (UF/NF, etc.) in order to have a vision of the overall treatment process and to understand the different stages.
As the manager of your sector, you are responsible for managing and orchestrating the processing tools. You will supervise a team of approximately 9 operators who work in 5×8 shift work.
With your team, you ensure the commissioning of the tools and their proper functioning. You analyze information and deal with anomalies. You make decisions and plan actions to optimize the processing of the PCO sector.
You will be interacting with the other sectors and processing sectors as well as with the laboratory and planning.
You will have to demonstrate your versatility by working on maintenance, automation, chemistry or other operations.
You will be part of the site’s management team and will be called upon to participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the development of the company on technical, security and also human issues.
