João Ramalho, a former PLMJ lawyer, was heard this Tuesday in court, in yet another session of the Football Leaks trial.
The former PLMJ lawyer and former Coordinating Partner of the Tax Law Team on tax news, spoke of the “impact of thousands of euros for the firm spent in the IT area and in leaving clients, in the breach of trust”. He felt “annoyed and offended” that his mails were “looted”
“It cannot be worth everything. The means do not justify the ends. The greatest value is our freedom and professional secrecy. Privacy. But I do not see myself in attitudes revealed by the Football Leaks of my club that is now going to elections.”
This Tuesday morning was also heard Paulo Farinha Alves, former Sporting director and lawyer since 1994 at PLMJ, worked with João Medeiros, Benfica’s lawyer in the e-Toupeira case, but said that “nothing” of his mails was published.
