What is also important to me is that he is authentic and honest and also has such a funny sense of humour, is not artificial or distant or ego self-portrayal, I was able to talk to him impartially.
He can explain things very well, he gives you the freedom to make your own decisions about possible courses of action and I was always able to get rid of all my tons of questions.
