Canberra – 02.07.21: With the “National Plan to Transition Australia’s National COVID-19 Response”, the Australian government has presented a step-by-step plan for easing the situation up to and including permitting entry from abroad under certain conditions such as proof of completed immunization through vaccination. No binding schedule has yet been communicated for the implementation of the individual stages.
In phase D, vaccinated people should be allowed to enter without having to undergo quarantine in Australia. The entry of non-vaccinated persons should be allowed after a test before departure and on arrival.
