The defending champion taught Napoli a lesson on his home turf.
The story seemed beautiful. Naples is heading for the title of Italian champion, while AC Milan is the holder. Beyond the poster, there are two teams who wanted victory this Sunday, one to get closer to the laurels, the other to ensure a presence in the top 4.
And the Milanese were not asked to win widely on the lawn of the Maradonna Stadium. The score is heavy: 0-4. The scorers are Leao (17′ and 59′) and Diaz (25′) and Saelemaekers (67′). The goal of the latter is also absolutely superb.
On the Belgian side, Saelemaekers climbed to 57ᵉ, Origi to 71ᵉ. De Ketelaere at the 83ᵉ minute. In the standings, Napoli is still in the lead, AC Milan is 3rd.
