Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport candidate Byeon Chang-heum was caught up in controversy again after explaining his past remarks at a personnel hearing that he deprecated residents of shared housing as a poor person.

Women said they were reluctant to eat breakfast with others because of makeup, but eventually apologized again for pointing out that it promotes prejudice against women.
