Three North Korean hackers prosecuted by the US Department of Justice were Chun Chang-hyuk, Kim Il, and Park Jin-hyuk.

They all belong to the North Korean military intelligence agency, the Reconnaissance Office.

The U.S. Department of Justice has posted a wanted flyer with pictures of them on its website.

According to this, Chun Chang-hyuk uses a pseudonym such as Alex Chang, and was known as born in 1989.

Kim Il has a pseudonym such as Julien Kim and was known to have been born in 1994.

They are accused of stealing and demanding more than 1.4 trillion won in cash and virtual currency from banks and businesses around the world.

Prosecutors said that in May 2017, they created a destructive ransomware virus, WannaCry, and hacked banks and cryptocurrency exchanges.

They are also accused of developing several malicious cryptocurrency apps, which are a means of invading victim computers from March 2018 to at least September last year, and providing them to hackers.

And, the U.S. Department of Justice said it stole $75 million from a Slovenian company in 2017, $25 million from an Indonesian company in 2018, and $11.8 million from a bank in New York.

The Justice Department said it has attempted to steal information by sending emails containing malware to US defense companies, energy and aerospace companies, as well as the US Department of State and Defense.
